Ashley has always had an adventuresome spirit. Growing up on a farm in the country she was immersed in nature, which is still a great source of inspiration and peace for her. Yet, it didn’t take long before a small town felt too small for her BIG spirit. At 16 she began travelling internationally and she has not stopped.

The passion and aliveness she felt during her travels led her to deepen her spiritual practice to bring that aliveness, joy, and passion to each and every day. She saw this as an opportunity to look at every moment as an opportunity for a new adventure. She brings this level of truth, love, and passion to all that she does.

Ashley believes that life is too short to live life any other way but with passion. She loves helping others get in touch with their inner truth and authentic selves so that they can live fully and freely with confidence and joy.
